Lucy’s career spans 40 years of experience in the hotel industry from operational hotel roles to regional director of sales with major hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor and Radisson before moving into head office commercial roles with hospitality management companies such as Apex Hotels, Jupiter Hospitality, Amaris Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality.
Lucy brings a wealth of commercial and practical experience, industry insight, and customer relationships to the role of MD at ExecSpace. Well known for her collaborative style in the industry, Lucy is able to drive strong venue support at all levels to strategically benefit customer requirements.

With 15 years’ experience at ExecSpace, Pamela has developed an in-depth understanding of the business through a career that has spanned venue finding, accommodation management, finance and operations. Her hands-on experience gives Pamela a well-rounded perspective on both the customer journey and the operational requirements needed to deliver exceptional service.
In her role as Head of Finance & Business Operations, Pamela leads the company's finance function, ensuring the smooth and effective management of financial processes and reporting. Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, she works closely with customers and colleagues to ensure ExecSpace continues to deliver outstanding results and long-term value.

Georgia is an experienced events professional with a strong background in hospitality with a First-Class Honours graduate in Events Management from Robert Gordon University, she has built her career with leading brands including IHG and Macdonald Hotels, gaining valuable insight into both venue operations and the commercial priorities of clients.
Specialising in Professional Services and Energy sectors, Georgia leads the venue sourcing team, manages key client accounts and delivers venue sourcing solutions globally. She has developed long-standing relationships with clients and venue partners, acting as a trusted advisor to negotiate the best commercial outcomes, and deliver exceptional service. Recognised for her consultative sales approach, commercial awareness, and ability to build lasting client partnerships, Georgia is passionate about driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and creating seamless event experiences that exceed client expectations.

Ellie has 14 years of experience within the hospitality industry working in operational roles with Marriott hotels in Scotland and support roles within the third sector before joining ExecSpace in 2022. In the last four years, Ellie has managed a portfolio of ExecSpace clients, from Scottish Government to Professional Services, delivering excellent customer service. Ellie is our UK venues and restaurants expert and uses her in-depth knowledge to work with clients to find the best fit venues for their events. She onboards our new clients, taking them through our range of services, building relationships at all levels and agreeing ways of working to meet and exceed service level agreements.

Sophie is a relationship-driven account management professional with over four years' experience assisting clients to source venues across the UK and Europe. Specialising in Professional Services, Sophie is passionate about building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to assist clients in achieving their meetings and event goals. With a proactive, solutions-focused approach, Sophie combines strong commercial awareness and venue relationships with excellent customer service, negotiating the best outcomes for clients.

Gemma is an experienced hospitality industry professional with a career that ranges from Hotels to Agency sales and account management having previously worked with Apex and Radisson where she focused on group accommodation and conferences, with time in the creative sector as event manager for Waterstones Booksellers. She has since returned to ExecSpace to use her rounded knowledge and industry contacts to look after ExecSpace’s Government sector business and build the group accommodation department, offering expert advice and assistance to customers each step of the way.

Conor is responsible for financial reporting, credit control and providing commercial insight to support client and supplier business performance. He has been pivotal in developing enhanced reporting for client management information packs and sales performance tracking for supplier partners, enabling greater visibility of revenue, pipeline trends and key activity to support informed commercial decision-making.
With a strong interest in commercial finance and business improvement, Conor enjoys using data to identify opportunities, improve processes and support strategic planning across the business. His collaborative approach and analytical mindset ensure financial information is translated into practical insights that support both colleagues and customers.

Emma owns ExecSpace which she founded in 2008. Having handed over the reins to Managing Director – Lucy McNicoll, in March 2025, Emma is largely hands off but provides guidance and support to Lucy and the team if and when needed. Emma now divides her time between her 2nd business – ExecMove, a targeted and discreet search agency focusing on senior talent in the hospitality and legal sectors – as well as investing in technology and AI businesses and mentoring others in the industry and business.
Emma is very entrepreneurial in her thinking and her strengths lie in negotiation, relationships and navigating difficult market conditions. A close advisor described Emma as having the knack of making the impossible happen and regardless of obstacles ahead, always able to find a way. When not at work, Emma enjoys adventures with her son, playing squash and spending time with friends and family.

David is an experienced financial services, C suite level executive and Non-Executive Director with a history of delivering improved financial performance and excellent customer service, in both regulated and non-regulated environments.
As chair of the business, he brings strong strategic planning and communication skills, coupled with a proven track record in organisational governance and stakeholder engagement and enjoys guiding teams through complex challenges and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
